Not recommended for hard worker with correct work attitude

Pros

Decent bonus the past couple of years and cheap canteen food.

Cons

Hard worker having to work on alot more projects on hand to cover low performance colleagues. At the end of the day, those low performance colleagues does not get penalise by manager and will still get similar pay increment and bonus every year to the extent that it seem like the management are condoning poor performance and promote lazy work attitude.
