Good pay but that's it

Cons

They say they train you but they don't. They will fire you without warning or notice, when you didn't even know you were doing anything wrong. They expect you to work during your off time in the logs, but then want you drive out on another job immediately after a shift(because legally it looks like you were off the clock on your log)

Free range to go business. Not many layers of management to go through to get certain things done. Customer Focused. Great work place attitude.

Cons

Not much training or development. Smaller company, so it is hard to get everything for customers. Online ordering is behind the market. No real competitive advantage.
