Cons

Raises are non existent Yearly performance raise is low No advancement opportunities in certain departments more responsibilities tend to be added to your exsiting duties without getting promoted or compensation in long run.

There were plenty of hours to work, but read below...

Cons

Looks like they are trying to move all of their driving positions from the Chicago area to their sister company Fox River Foods where the drivers get paid per day and not hourly! Some of the guys were laid off or given the option of going to Fox. Beware!

Best company to work for based on being customer centric out of all distributors. Great points of difference vs other foodservice companies

Cons

Losing sight of what brought you to the party. The people and the customer. Becoming cookie cutter company like the big two which limits ability to maximize individual talents. Autonomy and flexibility are a thing of the past
