Pros

People are nice but can't really say anything good about the job itself

Cons

Work to many hours and pay is not good!! Orders selectors do not make enough money for what they have to do

Don't trust anything they tell you

Pros

Everyone I worked with besides one individual was pleasant and made my short time there worth it.

Cons

They tell you that it is a temp to hire position, with the idea that they'll never really hire you. Multiple people around the office warned me of this, and how I was the 6th or 7th girl. They use you for help for the food show they hold yearly, and in real tacky form, call you the next day and tell you to not come back. You will work lots of hours doing menial work you did not sign up for. Lots of gossip.

Cons

they keep drivers that have had accidents drop trailers, and have caught them on camera dozing off at the wheel,,and thats because they run illegally,,but if u have no incidents at all {NONE PERFECT DRIVE RECORD} and refuse to run illegally they let you go for abandoning the job ,,,,,that now is on your record and for termination u can't get a job driving at some good outfits for at least a year,,,dispatch has no clue always screwing up and u the driver have to deal with the longerday
