Pros

The benefits and pay are appropriate for education levels--not too high, not too low.

Cons

Performance pressures create a stressful environment.

Pros

From what I understand, they have the best commission program compared to competitors.

Cons

Hard to beat competition in price and sometimes in quality due to lack of resources, and support. Upper Management not forthcoming about policy changes and truly did not seem to care about their employees.

Secure, slightly below top pay

Pros

You won't get fired for minor infractions like similar companies. Company is growing. Decent pay and benefits. Extra star just for job security.

Cons

Get ready to work your 16's. Has to be the worst loads in the business. If you're not working 16's or close to it, your check will hurt you when you see it.
