No hourly pay, salary pay..you work more than 53 hours a week. Drivers only go for experience than leave.

Money was good. Yearly bonus was a nice touch.

Cons

Company absolutely sucks. Don't care about home time. Don't care about reoccurring problems. Money wasn't worth it
