      Pros

      Benefits are ok. That's about it.

      Cons

      Employees are just a number.no work/life balance. Expect you to work long hours then complain about route efficiency. Currently working 60+ hours/week. Overtime is pathetic. No chance for advancement or transfer to operations side. Those who DON'T do their job are ignored by management. Sales plans are not achievable.

      Not a good company to work for

      Pros

      Okay benefits and some occasional free chips.

      Cons

      Extremely physically and mentally demanding job. Pay is alright but you work 11 - 14 hour days and your work day starts anywhere fro 1am - 4am. Management is a never ending rotation of people and they all expect you to hit unrealistic sales goals. Terrible support from management and upper management.
