      Pros

      Thought it was a great opportunity but finding out that others are moved up in promotions when their work performance is not that great and others have to compensate and do the work.

      Cons

      Employee Morale, you either in with the crowd or you are outcasted, Managers yelling at employees and mgrs only look at one thing and that is the bottom sales dollar that is produced. Employee morale is at its lowest and we stirve hard working out in the market everyday

      Pros

      Benefits are not too bad. Medical is decent

      Cons

      Management does not care about the hourly employees and clerical. They want perfection but don't demonstrate it themselves. They promote the people who screw up the most. They try to put it to the folks with senority. They force out the older people by doing away with their jobs.

      Pros

      Pepsi Bottling Group was a challenging, competitive and highly rewarding place to work. Many of the strongest minds operated the business, demanded action, intellect and accountability while enjoying the fun of working for a soda company.

      Cons

      A bit hierarchy driven with an inability to move people quickly through the ranks. Many long timers who were tremendous leaders still could not find a way to offer the long term benefits to folks who wanted success a bit faster than 20 years.
