      Pros

      The Pay is Above Average. Lots of free chips. Its a great company to get on your resume but then move on. The experiece and name will lead you into better jobs and better pay. This company will give you the experience in a large company. Good training.

      Cons

      Not a diversed employer. Good ol boys club runs stong. Long hours and plenty of drama. Work and family life balance is not in your favor. This is not a company for women yet. They are trying but not women friendly. They treat women with little respect. I'm not sure they know how to internact with women in professional setting or at all.

      Pros

      Good work life balanced company to work for. Benifits are good.

      Cons

      This company cares more about diversity than it does about performance when it comes to promotion. If you a white middle aged male don't look to get promoted. I'm not a racist by any means but a company should look at your performance not just your race or gender when promoting people. One more thing to look at, if your just graduating you'll move up really fast and bypass everyone that’s been there for many years.

      Pros

      Fast track to management if you are willing to put in a lot of hours and do what they say. All the free soda and water you can drink. Some community service events and company lunches

      Cons

      Management treats you badly and is always on your back about stupid stuff that doesn't even matter. You have to deal with people below you who complain about every little thing and deal with people above you who make you try and do every little thing. If you complete 9 out of 10 tasks and can't finish the 10th one you will get talked to by management
