Pros

Secure company with established market share and top products. Decent pay.

Cons

Extremely early and long days, including weekends and all hollidays. Management consisting of inexperienced college grads that were chosen to meet diversity goals, not for their fit in the job. The company cares 100% about it's sometimes rediculous sales plans and innitiatives, but 0% about the happiness of it's worker ants that carry the company year after year. Repeating saftey meetings every year do not show a care for the employees but rather a fear of the employees suing them. Overall I would have to say that the culture of this company needs an extreme turnaround, but I am fairly certain that it is beyond the point of return.

Pros

Resume builder skills building & training learn variety of systems business ownership Strong diversity hiring (read cons)

Cons

Pay, compensation, benefits-very poor. VS other CPGs it is subpar and poor relative to other sectors. Hours, finance 70hrs wk. No vacations. After 5 yrs you will get 3 weeks off. Poor pension mgt, do you really believe Pep has protected its obligation if it is acquired, read the 10K-vague-positioning? Advancement &Recognition for successes. No sense of team, individual. Absolutely No camaraderie. Its like law school, employee vs employee.

Pros

The salary is at or above the industry standard, you develop a close bond with other RSR's, benefits are excellent, and relocation possibilities are limitless.

Cons

If you are married or have kids, you better tattoo their faces on every crevice of your body because you will NEVER see them. Expect work weeks from 50-75 hours a week. Having your days off split up means you never feel fully rested to restart your day on the job. You will work EVERY holiday. They tell you not to work Christmas but all you are really doing is doubling your workload on another day. They make you work a day for free. You have to sign a wavier specifying that you will not help during your "Route Ride" but if you don't then you will not get hired. Someone will eventually get hurt one day and sue. Everything is about numbers and you basically compete with yourself. Horrible treatment of employees, horrible company.
