      Pros

      Job security with ok pay. Frito Lay is stable profitable company despite its organization and leadership. The product basically sells its self which helps since pay is primarily commission based. Great job if single and has no family.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is non existent . Benefits and OT pay way below avg. Work between 50-60 hours a week (closer to 70 during holiday week). The OT is not standard time and half, it's known as Chinese OT which a formula based on sales divided by hours so avg 3$-5$, the highest I have seen was up to $10 and hour.

      Pros

      Smart people. Always pushing to be the best. Strong name behind your selling efforts. A strong team environment that works hard to achieve goals.

      Cons

      Sometimes achieving the numbers comes before anything else. It can be an old boys club. It can definitely be a case of who is liked is the person that advances vs. who is a better performer in their job.
