      Great benefits and pay but completely lacking work life balance

      Pros

      This company offers many great benefits including insurance, 401k, and discounts from many other companies. They also have competitive pay for the area.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. While the pay is competitive, you must ask yourself if it is worth so much of your time.

      Pros

      Good entry pay vs market. Nice new UK head office. Global opportunities for the right people. Good opportunities in Sales &Marketing, good for cv. Can work from home (dependent on your managers opinion on flex working)

      Cons

      Poor people management & manager quality. Send v confusing performance messages each year dependent on how much merit budget they have to spend, it's very demotivating. Very hierarchal, bend over backwards to please higher level employees vs high performance at any level. Constantly stripping employee benefits. Constantly changing structure & teams & expect employees to feel 'lucky to be there', low job security. Expect flexibility but less likely to approve part time working requests versus a few years ago

      Pros

      Excellent standards and procedures in place. Plenty of training and support large busy buissness top of its game in quality and standards.

      Cons

      Very long days 12 hr shifts alternating day shift 4 on then night shift 4 on very bad for families and social life even with the 4 days off as the shift rotation takes some recovery.
