People that move up in the company based on who they know and not knowledge or experience. Managers don’t know the jobs they are managing and you either make them shine or you are out. We have to come up with new ideas to present or you are told you are not bringing anything to the table. Once you do, management takes 100% of the credit. Turn over is high here and leadership takes no accountability for it.
