      A lot of support available. Good pto. Leadership generally cares or at least gives appearance

      Cons

      Overworked. The better you do your job, the more work you get and have to cover. Required OT at times. RTO 3 days a week mandated if you live 45 mins from any office. Pay could be better

      No room for growth; add miscellaneous job duties that have nothing to do with your job to save money; micromanaging; mercurial management who manage employees like it’s 1980; work life balance touted but not practiced; just a terrible workplace culture that hasn’t advanced to 2022 in regards to employee treatment and management; ZERO room for advancement
