Pros

reasonably fair for work/life balance

Cons

They hire unprofessional and inexperienced kids right out of college and excuse poor and inappropriate behavior because they are young. They push people out of their positions if they are not at goal by telling them that if they sign a resignation letter and then they will help you get into a new position in the company. WHEN YOU LEAVE A JOB YOU CAN NOT GET UNEMPLOYEMENT. But they never help anyone find a new position. Credit is given to people who cheat. And nothing is done about the high school like environment and disrespect towards other employees. If your position is not a good fit for you, you have to stay in that position for a year before you can promote to another. Which is not a promotion. Its getting a new job. And politics get in the way of getting into new positions.

Pros

Some of the people that worked there were great. The rest of my experience was horrid.

Cons

I was lied to about pay, training is horrible, everyone is overworked, understaffed. Management does not try to make things better. They will lie to you and leave out details!

Pros

It is a large company. Many positions for potential movement. Good benefits are used as an excuse to offer sub par pay

Cons

Over worked and under paid. Always asked to do more unrewarded. Stressful. Perception trumps reality. High turnover. Management uses people like pawn pieces and often over looks what they need and want. Empty promises. Deceitful.
