Support from team and direct supervisor, good health insurance and remote work.

Cons

Extremely high client book. Overtime freeze. Unrealistic/arbitrary goals and pressure to be the quarterback for clients products/services. Using PTO negatively impacts yearend review results should you slightly miss a KPI. Constantly changing processes and expectations. Lack of value shown from the top for the critical positive impact we make on our clients.
