Freedom to work your own schedule as long as you produce, unbelievable sales tools including a whole division of the company that will make cold calls for you to set up appointments, awesome commission percentages, great bonuses for reaching monthly and yearly goals, automatic expense reimbursement that is tax free, premium benefits and unmatched growth potential.

Cons

You will be working your tail off within the first year or two establishing a presence in your territory to where referrals come in that will ensure a $125K+ W2.

They offer steady employment for their employees. Even with the down turn in the economy, there have been no layoffs..

Cons

It would be nice if they would allocate additional resources to invest in technology improvements instead of being so concerned with dividends to please the investment community.
