Paychex has all progressive initiatives for inclusion with hiring practices, managements styles and clear policies and procedures. I have been working here for 10 years and would not leave my position. Great benefits, ample time off, and employee engagement. There is a lot of room for growth.

Cons

You are busy every day but not sure that is a con. Time flies when you are working.
