Good compensation when you are successful

Cons

Employees are like cult members. High stress and pressure to meet activity metrics. Many people fired in first 6 months of job. All feedback is negative and they don't tolerate reps that don't immediately succeed. Terrible work/life balance. Reps are "encouraged" to work weekends and company holidays.
