good flexibility - especially if you are hitting quota

Cons

Experience is strongly dependent on your manager and what division you are selling. Very high turnover. Poor commission structure. Poor service leads to clients hating the product and experience; and onboarding the product 10x harder. Too many other competitors in the market now.

Some good people who are great to work with.

Cons

They refuse to give current employees raises. You have to quite for 6 months then come back to qualify for a raise. This causes high turnover and bad customer service.
