Pros

Remote. Great people but operate as a start tech company. Strong focus on cold calls. Data is outdated in sf and people come and go. Training needs much work as most do not come from a hcm background.

Cons

You are on a timetable which means you make it or break it. Too many useless web ex meetings. High pressure using old tactics phone wise.So much change in tools and teams

Pros

Very few if any, Remote/ hybrid work space.

Cons

Poor compensation, below average benefits package, The culture isn't good or bad, its just non existence, there is no sense of team or comradery you literally just feel you work somewhere. The worst case of leadership I have ever experienced. Most are not qualified for their role with no leadership experience in the past and no development from above to improve.
