Pros

I can tell that the company wants to make sure that hard working employees stick around. I'm in transition currently and I have so much more support than I anticipated.

Cons

The amount of work and level of stress in the role isn't worth anything less than $90,000. The HCM landscape has become very competitive, which makes selling more difficult than it used to be. If you have a large network of people who can introduce you to businesses, it will make the job much easier!

Pros

There really isn’t much that makes me happy.

Cons

-Poor pay - Forced to come into an office while everyone I work with is out of state. -If you want to be in sales, there’s plenty of job opportunities. If you’re not, then good luck. Everything is getting pushed out of the country. -Now more than ever I feel like those in charge don’t really care about what their employees want/need to be successful. It’s all about the bottom line. Things changed drastically when the new CEO came in….and not for the better.
