Some of the people were nice, and there are some good teams to work for.

Cons

Very political work environment, salaried people working on the weekends just to meet unrealistic metrics. Tools are implemented for optics vs efficiency. They say one thing while they do the opposite. They are pushing hard for people to go back into office, and there will be more layoff's.
