Pros

Paychex is a very steady company that’s one of the large players in the payroll and HCM space. There’s great job security working for a company like Paychex. Fellow employees are all very easy to work with, there are very few large egos at the company. The training programs here are really impressive. Great work life balance for me as a remote employee.

Cons

It’s somewhat unclear what the development track is for certain positions. Compensation is decent, but lack of cash bonuses is a bummer.
