This place is very cliquey, and several individuals have been promoted because they are in the clique and not because of their qualifications. Pay is significantly below industry standard, high performing individuals with 5-7 years experience on average make under $22/hour. Executive leadership over the past few years has proven they don't listen to their employees which has resulted in a mass exodus of quality talent.
