Pros

Currently remote but not sure how long that will last. They are already making people within a certain distance of an office to begin to come in.

Cons

Old school mentality and leadership Lack of communication within the business Isn’t innovative and doesn’t promote innovative thinking within teams Poor recognition for the work you do People that have been there for a long time are so used to the hierarchical and bureaucratic ways and aren’t open to change

Pros

The people who work here, for the most part, are fun

Cons

• Only 10–20% of representatives hit quota in a given month, which shows that quotas are set far above realistic expectations. • Senior management at the hub is often rude, unsupportive, and dismissive toward employees, creating a sense of disconnect between leadership and the sales team. • The director fosters a culture of fear by publicly shaming employees and contributing to a toxic work environment. This sentiment is widely shared among the 80+ representatives. • In my 15 years in sales, I have never experienced such a negative workplace culture. I am relieved to have moved on, and there are far better sales opportunities elsewhere. • The “unlimited PTO” policy exists in name only—employees are discouraged from taking time off. • Success is heavily dependent on territory assignments. Reps with favorable territories receive steady inbound leads, while those without are left to cold call almost exclusively, often closing only 0 or 1–2 deals a month despite significant effort.
