Great management, fun employees to work with, free lunch, easy to get bonuses, great for work experience!

Cons

It can be extremely high placed and slightly understaffed to the point where work load is exhausting and too much but overall amazing!

- Benefits are great. Medical, Dental, and Vision is all there. 401(k)with employer 4% contribution. Annual bonus and more. -Work-life balance is perfect for family people. No more or less than 40hrs/week -Company truly promotes self-development and growth

Cons

-Culture is very demanding. Definitely not for everyone. Must truly fit well with the culture to be able to advance your career.

Pros

Strong family type culture where the associates are first. Company is run by a group of competent fair senior team members along with the founders who are heavily involved in all decisions. Great company to work for.

Cons

Can be demanding, but always fair. Employees are asked to stretch sometimes and do more with less, however never more than people can handle. Just pushes people out of their comfort zone.
