Pros

Very tight company culture, great working environment and provides benefits for full time employees including dental and 401K. Promotes continuous learning and hard work.

Cons

They will not promote anyone into management without working at least 5 years. They will have you go through all stages of training process starting from hosting. (Takes about 1 year) You have to know how to play politics in order for you to move up. They will have you work overtime, and must work holidays.

Highly demanding with long hours that impacts balance of life (personal and professional). I believe many people will love Panda even more when balance of life is part of culture
