Pros
There is no perfect work environment, but Panda strives to continually get better by prioritizing the development of it’s people. This is what I was sold on and it is what I have come to experience. The people make the organization, and with commitment and strong support from the founders themselves, Panda has cemented itself as a World Class leader in people development. There’s not much more you can ask for in setting a journey for your career. You really make your own way based on your own hard work and passion for what you do within the company.
Cons
Everybody has there own preferences and prioritize different elements of the job. For myself, I don’t have any complaints based on what I knew I signed up for. In fact, it’s even better than I imagined it would be.
