Loved working with my peers as they were all very supportive.

Cons

Leadership and management HEAVILY needs work. Leaders range from micro-managers to non-communicative individuals who provide no guidance or structure. Little to no room for growth. Ridiculous how they require you to take Landmark Forum in order to become a permanent employee and receive benefits as everyone starts off as a temporary employee. Average job if you need the job experience, but there are better options.

Final Official Hiring Process Shows Misrepresented Culture

Great work environment with people who although not the healthiest food served promote active lifestyle

Cons

So many needless interviews to make you official. Had been working there well over a year with no disciplinary actions given and "failed" a final interview because of cultural questions asked by CEOs
