Pros

Pays $10 starting, chances for bonuses every 4 quarters (back of house gets bonus first and is usually more than front of house, hard work pays off!), free food while on break, 20% associate/family/friend discount

Cons

It's hard work! A lot of heavy lifting and cleaning, multi-tasking is a must when it gets busy, gotta make sure you stretch a lot because your feet and muscles will be hurting at the end of the night

Pros

It helps you to growth, and developing yourself at all time. Never satisfy of what we are doing. You will learn a lot from this company. It helps you to be more professional and learning how to operate the restaurant and numbers. There is good benefits such as bonuses, medical, 401k.

Cons

There is no life balance in Panda. Too much stress in this company. The slogan is make it happy happen, but it never happen. The company will always find mistake from you and from the store even We did our best, but they are just never satisfy which make managers stress and associates.

Pros

Company offers 401k, medical plan, bonus, medical saving account, vacation time, education fund (for panda approved course only), scholarship for managers

Cons

Work life balance. Managers work more than 50 hours a week, open 2 days, close 3 days. They must be the last person leave the store on three close days. Company force employees harder and harder by increasing goal productivity; against recommended hours Bonus is hard to achieve. Each general manager has to develop one AM or GM to receive financial bonus. While assistant manager does not have to do that, they have less responsibilities and earned more bonus than general manager. People promotion: expectation for AM or GM is way high, like to promote them to become CEO
