Pros

The managers care about where you want to get in the company and will try and work with you on your areas of opportunity in order to get you to that level.

Cons

Like any minimum wage job, the stresses of dealing with customers and the amount of responsibility they give you can be too much sometimes.

Pros

Starting pay is nice. You always get the amount of hours you ask for (or in my case, much more). There is a lot of chances to get raises and move up if you want.

Cons

Long shifts (sometimes 10 hours or more) You will need to ask around to make sure you know certain information (most managers won't tell you anything) You don't really get trained. You're expected to catch on and learn from everyone else. You will get reprimanded for your mistakes, even though you don't know what are doing necessarily.
