Work gets stressful during rush hour. Understaffed at times. Manager expects a lot of you. To much pressure while manager is visiting.

Human resources doesn't help you at all. If your GM has worked for the company long enough they get away with anything. If you are oriental you will be promoted faster whether you're even capable of the position. General managers can send inappropriate text messages and human resources does nothing. They think because they pay you higher they can treat you worse. They don't follow their handbook policies. If you get written up everyone knows by if you report your manager they'll say they wrote them up but you never know and they won't prove it. There is no justice. My entire team feels this way and I have worked at over 10 stores while managing and just supporting when short handed and these are constant complaints and consistent complaints.
