      Pros

      The management tends to be very relaxed and accommodating. They tend to train as you work and the process overall feels very natural. The food that you make is actual food that you can feel proud serving people.

      Cons

      The pay, especially for how hands on the cooking processes tends to be, is low. There is a consistent high-energy atmosphere that can be draining if you are not used to it. Customer interactions can be especially hostile or mind-numbingly rote.

      Pros

      I get to work together with many different people throughout my career. It is a company that is not just focused on serving and making gourmet chinese food,but also focused on individual personal development. This company cares about our success. Panda has a very unique culture that separates it from other restaurants and companies. Another thing I love about Panda Express is that they are continuously growing. Meaning there is room for growth for all associates to management.

      People that work at Panda are dedicated and work hard. If you don't like to work hard then i wpuld not suggest working here. This job is for strong,dedicated and willing people

      The free meals was the only good part.

      Cons

      No respect for employees, sexist environment where only women are servers and the manager flirts with the men in the back. Manager sits on phone half the day to talks trash about employees in another language. Terrible at training. A million ridiculous rules when doing things like wiping a table with each stroke in a specific direction. You can only become a manager if you are Asian.
