      Pay, growth opportunities, benefits, personal development

      Cons

      A lot of area manager's have huge ego issues. Double standards. Workload actually doesn't make the pay worth. (average salary is $60,000/80hrs= only $30,000/year) so technically, I'm working two jobs. Upper management doesn't care that the managers work to themselves to death. I have had several friends quit because they were afraid for their health.

      -$9/hour starting salary -Opportunity for flexible/more hours -Free food -Co-workers/some higher staff

      Cons

      -The standards are frankly just too high. The pass/fail system is ridiculous. Give your employees some slack. -Language barrier. -Changes in schedule night before/day of -Posting schedule late -Very little positive reinforcement

      Worst job i have ever had

      Pros

      Pay is ok for someone in school, untill you find out that other people pay the same thing and if not more The owner is a nice man, but he is unable to see what his lower manigers are doing

      Cons

      Management could never show up on time, and that lead to everyone eles showing up late besides two people who had to work harder than everyone eles. When you work at panda they expect you to do 3 doubles in a row, and get upset when you decline
