Management was terrible, they were so corporate based that very rarely was I treated with respect. 'Management expect you to carry on multiple duties at the same time.

Easy Manageable Flexible Hours Decent Pay Benefits (if the management is nice enough to explain to you how you may apply for them)

Cons

Unorganized Dysfunctional No Communication Strict employee policies. I feel that if you are a person who strongly believes in the concept of people being able to express themselves, this is not the company for you. You aren't allowed to have any piercings (other than the two basic earlobes), you aren't allowed to display tattoos, and I feel that much of the managament is very discimminatory against people and employees of color as most of the managment is of asain descent.

Pros

The pay and health insurance benefits are literally the only reason to stay here. It is what kept me staying with the company for so long.

Cons

Upper management is never satisfied. CEO preaches must learn to not ask help from others (which contradicts the importance of team building). Unnecessary changes are always being made within the company. Management is discriminatory against those with more weight, as they are "not living a healthy lifestyle". No work life balance. 45 hours per week easily becomes 55-60.
