      Stressful. Overworked. Expects you to do everything by yourself. Managers are lazy.

      Pros

      Pay is a bit higher than most other fast food places. If you apply yourself and show initiative, there is great opportunities for advancement within the company. Many of my co-workers started off small and gradually made their way up to manager positions.

      Cons

      Can be very tiring cleaning, cooking, and registering customers especially on busy days. Management have a tough love approach to you and can be both critical as well as very friendly. Customers can also be a huge pain, especially if they do not know how to order (but that's found in all businesses).

      Pros

      Your co workers will help you out as much as they can. Shifts are usually 8 hours or more, so it makes for okay pay. you earn a 25 cent raise every six months you work there

      Cons

      Within the first hour of me starting the job I got yelled at and cussed at by the manager for "not serving noodles right" Then the manager left me with someone who made me stay an extra hour after I was supposed to get off because he wanted to hang out with me. I specifically asked for one day off, so the manager scheduled me for a 12 hour shift on that day.
