      Pros

      Good hours there is room to move up positions if you are willing to stay for the long run manager position is for u get lots of experience.

      Cons

      Expect to much especially in a busy location the job seems over whelming and very little help and expect you to finish on time even though there is no way to keep up with the work load.

      Never leaving on schedule, micro management, no work life balance, unsafe work environments, overworking underaged staff, frequent sexual harassment without conscience, threatening management, biased workplace.

      Pros

      Free food on break. Great coworkers. Good managers in the location I worked. Above avg pay compared to other fast food.

      Cons

      They will over work you. You have to do everything. Taking orders, cooking, cleaning, dishes, prepping and what's not. Constantly in motion. Only break is the 10 and 30 minutes break. Seldom will you stick to the schedule. Some will call out and it becomes a mess. Almost all the food is processed except the vegetables. Meats comes already cut and seasoned as most of the sauces. Nothing special just lots of artificial preservatives.
