Free food during breaks, pay is fair, fun co workers.

Cons

Expects too much from the Cook help (chowmein cooker). When the rush hits, youre constantly cooking and when its time to clock off, you have a huge load of dishes to wash. and wont let you leave or complain when you dont finish on time
