      Pros

      Lots of hours, regular performance reviews with (negligible) raises.

      Cons

      Regardless of schedule, nobody gets to leave until after closing and after the entire store has been cleaned. Most days this was after midnight.

      I can't think of any right now.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for the amount of work that's expected of GM. The company tries to promote this inspiring work culture, but they don't back it up. Promotions are not based on experience or hard work. People get promoted for favoritism, because of who they know, and because they can BS their way through an interview.

      Pros

      Fun working environment, coworkers are pleasant, we get free food, we get great pay, we get vacation and insurance and 401K

      Cons

      Manager is always ordering to much of one thing and not enough of another so we frequently run out of things. Manager is always messing up on the schedule and I have to text him to fix the schedule almost on a daily. He refuses to treat every employee equally.
