There are no pros working in this company

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about you. Year over year may go up 30% but nobody even says good job. Vacation hours are laughable at best. One would think after working 60 hours a week for 2 years that I would have at least a week of vacation, but not here. Even the little bit of hours I have now I cannot take because we do not have anybody to cover me being gone for more than 1 day. Unbelievably strict when bringing in your own food from home. Can't keep it in the fridge or freezer because it's not panda approved food. You're forced to eat their terrible food every day because there is no other food nearby and you can't make your own food at work. They don't even let us have a microwave. Frequently asked to come in early without punching in and staying late after punching out to avoid labor costs. I am on the bottom of the totem pole but I am expected to do everything the manager does without the extra pay. Nobody in this company cares about the workers. I would like to mention I go to school full time as well and find it very difficult to balance work and life. I am forced to work long hours because we are severely understaffed but I am not given enough time off to do well in my classes. Never in any circumstance do I recommend working at this company.
