      Not very healthy expectations

      Pros

      The scheduling was flexible and they could work around my needs so long as I gave a one week heads up.

      Cons

      Corporate had too many unnecessary procedures that they wanted us to implement, for example, a script we had to read out to every customer that ended up just slowing everything down and making everyone agitated in the end.
