      good pay, never bored, and not too difficult when there is good teamwork

      Cons

      always busy, not much time stop and relax because it’s always fast paced however this could also be a pro since time goes by much faster

      Cons

      normal stresses of a general manager, upper management can be very micromanaging when they should be able to trust GMs, much of upper management expect GMs to have their job as priority in life (don't let "people first" fool you, actions speak louder than words.

      Panda Express Pays Phenomenally well. GM's start at $58,000 per year + a multitude of Bonues! We get Periodic ( Monthly) bonuses and Quarterly Bonuses! As a general manager you can make 80k-100k+ per year! They have strong values and strive to make you the best version of yourself. If you desire to advance your career within any company, work for Panda. They pride themselves in people development and will let you go as far in the company as long as you put your mind to it!
