      Free food on break, better bounus deppending on sales, and they try to promote you.

      Cons

      Hard work, closing the store can be hard at first, you will get rude customers.

      Pros

      I make over 120,000 a year. I have the privilege to train company's future leaders. I can impact in many peoples lives by giving then the best training. Also, they become lifetime friends.

      Cons

      Its difficult to train with high standard to new Managers if they don't adopt company's culture right away.
