free meals while on break

Cons

will make you work outside of your scheduled hours and then not pay you for it, will wait until the end of your shift to give you your break, cockroaches, I was a college student at the time and my managers never informed me about the companies student benefits

Pros

"Higher hourly wages" 401k program Depending on store, flexible hours-Inland Empire Seems to have great Store Managers

Cons

Hours of constantly on your feet without so much as one 10-minute break or one 30 minute break depending on the length of your shift Not worth the pay Sick time, in store safety, and many other policies do the bare minimum to meet the set of codes or standards set in place by OSHA and other regulators HR and corporate sweep many issues under the rug, especially prevalent during the COVID-19 pandemic A plethora of disgruntled employees due to incessant "evolving" company structure-their greatest business strength is also their greatest social weakness
