      Free meals during your shift and easy to learn job duties.

      Cons

      Management is hard to reach when needed and sometimes you will be left alone at the store taking care of everything.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all. I always get a call from ACO, GM and associates even if it was my day off. Sometimes you have to come to work on your day off. Upper management only care about the number more than anything else.
