      Pros

      Great people with great atmosphere. Great place for people who like high pace and are self motivated. The company size and culture is great. Its not a big organization where its hard to push new things, while on the other side, its not a small company like a startup where everyone are doing everything. The company invests in its employees a lot more than other places I know of with high attention to people's needs.

      Pros

      The company is doing very well despite the pandemic. Expansion to new field (Salesforce). Good communication and collaboration with other teams within the company. HR + higher management doing absolutely everything to keep employees connected during WFH. Salaries are competitive, lots of perks. Great people and very respective work atmosphere. There is a large number of women, in comparison to other tech companies.

      New positions are , in some cases, recruited externally instead of promoting internally.
