      Amazing People. You will feel welcomed wherever you go. Excellent knowledge sharing. With anyone you work you will immediately feel the professionalism. Unified Company Culture. HR is reinventing themselves all the time and organize AMAZING events and perks (like no company I was in ever!). Management is accessible. It is easy to make yourself heard.

      Cons

      It is not easy to make a difference as many people are hard working. No Career Paths are assigned unless one demands them. One can easily pass a few years in the company without being promoted.
