Challenging tasks , friendly atmosphere, flexible hours. big possibilities to go between new departments and doscover new things with the help of everyone around

Cons

work life balance is not very satisfactory .. sometimes had to work around 12 hours a day inorder to complete the large workload that is delegated and meet deadlines
