good place to build experience. great co-workers but not a good place to grow within.Everyday was different but entertaining and challenging. You learned a lot about today's technology and how it can be incorporated into our everyday world.

Cons

outsourcing most of the departments to third party and Japanese consumer confidence level is going down because they outsource customer care to third party,Japanese companies failed to pay attention to shifting trends and were outmanoeuvred by overseas competitors.

Pros

Each department has it's own temperament. Find the right one, and it can be a home for a life time. Really fantastic and smart people work here.

Cons

Can be on call 24/7 depending on the manager. Beware the corporate phone they give you. Given the international nature of the company, it can ring literally any time day or night.
